This work had as its theme the improvement of public management and organizational behavior of public servants facing new horizons involving learning and change in administrative reform in São Carlos Ivaí - PR. Its main objective was to analyze the perceptions of municipal employees of the legislative and executive power in matters of improving public management. The research also involved the analysis of changes in management over time and information about public administration. We searched for information on methods of improving the servers, as well as deficits in the sectors surveyed, seeking improvements. The research was justified by the need and shortage in certain sectors of improvements in the administrative part and concluded that the public administration in the municipality researched meets expectations and has effective organizational methods. Open up some gaps regarding the management, but according to respondents, are correctable and technical issues. |
