Resumo: This research proposes to assess the level of satisfaction of graduating students of the courses offered by the SENAI PRONATEC of Ponta Grossa -PR. Analyzes the conceptual question of theoretical and empirical implementation of public policies through professional training courses. Comparing PRONATEC and the productive sector and labor market policies in the current context.
