Resumo: The present work, presented, studies on the LinkedIn tool, and aims to present the importance of the LINKEDIN platform, as a technical complement used in the Recruitment and Selection processes by Human Resources consulting companies. The study presents statistics performed, through articles and studies by authors, which detail the subject. The topic for a topical subject, a research is in an innovative way in society in general, through the use of the Internet, one that facilitates an interaction, the contact between the candidate and the company, and vice versa, in an effective and facilitating way. . Through elaboration, this work aims to explore the platform through methods, in which companies use for recruitment and selection. Social networks are tools of great help and importance in the recruitment and selection decision in the selection processes. Assist professionals in hiring properly and quickly, allowing direct access to the chosen public.
