Resumo: The objective of this work and to identify the variables used in the purchasing decision of the companies and show that it is possible to seek purchasing strategies and to match the processes with the added corporate strategy, so that there is no abusive repurchase within the Organization. For the performance of this work, a descriptive method was used, where knowledge is based through, bibliographic studies that it was understood that it is possible to reach an objective through the variables researched in books and articles, how a purchasing process, with this we can obtain a reorganization in the internal processes of type: 1) Control and registration of suppliers and process measurement, 2) Control of purchases and prices 3) Back up numbers 4) Changes in purchase requisitions with more information and specifications of what one wants to buy, 5) Increase in the financial analysis of suppliers, 6) Possible to identify the increase in the back up of prices after quotations. And that way we will have a concrete result of what was done or if there was a difference in costs.
