This work analyzed the science textbooks (6th to 9th grade) to verify if there is a use of Comics in the teaching of Science and how it is conducted, as well as if there are potentialities and conditions to improve their use as a didactic tool for the teaching of Environmental Education. It is a qualitative and exploratory research, carried out in stages, seeking to provide subsidies for science teachers in the final years of elementary school, since comics can provide motivational experiences for students. After analyzing 40 textbooks from the sixth to the ninth year, it was observed that the use of Comic Books is limited, although it is possible to identify a great potential for its use. Through them the teacher can develop the criticality of the students using play activities for everyday themes. |
