Resumo: The Brazilian Civil Construction industry has a significant importance for the economic and social development of the country, but it is also one of the major causes of negative impacts on the environment and urban public health due to the high generation of waste. In view of all these problems, CONAMA Resolution No. 307 was established in 2002, which establishes criteria, guidelines and procedures for the environmentally sound management of these wastes in Brazilian municipalities. In this work, it was diagnosed if the municipal management of the waste from the Civil Construction carried out in the city of Toledo-PR is adequate to that established by the mentioned resolution. The results indicated that the public administration has been working to regularize the flow of RCCs in the municipality and that, although it has developed a Municipal Management Plan for these wastes, according to the guidelines established by CONAMA Resolution No. 307/2002, the same is in force, but is not being applied. Therefore, it is not possible to charge the involved agents for the fulfillment of their responsibilities, damaging the system of waste management of the Civil Construction in the municipality, resulting in impacts to the environment and to the residents of the city.
