In view of all these problems, CONAMA Resolution No. 307 was established in 2002, which establishes criteria, guidelines and procedures for the environmentally sound management of these wastes in Brazilian municipalities. In this work, it was diagnosed if the municipal management of the waste from the Civil Construction carried out in the city of Toledo-PR is adequate to that established by the mentioned resolution. The results indicated that the public administration has been working to regularize the flow of RCCs in the municipality and that, although it has developed a Municipal Management Plan for these wastes, according to the guidelines established by CONAMA Resolution No. 307/2002, the same is in force, but is not being applied. Therefore, it is not possible to charge the involved agents for the fulfillment of their responsibilities, damaging the system of waste management of the Civil Construction in the municipality, resulting in impacts to the environment and to the residents of the city. A indústria da Construção Civil brasileira apresenta uma importância significativa para o desenvolvimento econômico e social do país, mas também é uma das maiores causadoras de impactos negativos ao meio ambiente e à saúde pública urbana devido à elevada geração de resíduos. Diante de toda essa problemática, foi instituída em 2002 a Resolução CONAMA nº 307, a qual estabelece critérios, diretrizes e procedimentos para a gestão ambientalmente adequada desses resíduos nos municípios brasileiros. Neste trabalho, foi diagnosticado se a gestão municipal dos resíduos da Construção Civil realizada no município de Toledo-PR adequa-se ao estabelecido pela Resolução referida. Os resultados indicaram que a administração pública vem se empenhando para regularizar o fluxo dos RCCs no município e que, apesar da mesma ter elaborado um Plano Municipal de Gestão destinado a esses resíduos, conforme as diretrizes estabelecidas pela Resolução CONAMA nº 307/2002, o mesmo se encontra em vigor, porém não está sendo aplicado.
