Resumo: |
This present search aims analyze the potentialities educational robotic as contextualize resources of the Mathematics classes. For such, Seymour Papert (1985) contributions were considered in the technology education development and analyses five robot prototypes proposed by didactical material in LEGO® MINDSTORMS® Education EV3 kit. The investigation, in a qualitative approach, begins with a bibliographic survey on the evolution of educational robotics and reports how the Mathematics teaching can be benefit its use. With the support of authors such as Kenski (2005), Quintanilha (2008), Venn and Vrakking (2009), among others, the work also presents the pedagogical items that form the LEGO® MINDSTORMS® Education EV3 kit and lists the assemblies examined with content and mathematical skills that can be developed, presenting forms of teaching and leaning that are adapted to the students’ experience and that provide the meaning of what is being studied for reasons of applicability. Finally, it is considered that educational robotics is still a resource to be explored, along with others teaching methodologies based on digitals technologies, which can help to minimize the difficulties in the mathematics contents. It is expect with this research will encourage others teachers to try robotics in their classes, thus promoting a new pedagogical teaching activity, which provides collaborative learning and stimulates curiosity in a Mathematics classes. |
