Resumo: Today's competitiveness means that companies are increasingly looking to value the human factor in organizations. Organizational climate research is an administrative tool used to measure the degree of satisfaction and dissatisfaction of a company's direct employees with regard to certain factors. In this sense, this research had as general objective to identify the current situation of the factors of organizational climate in a company of São Lourenço do Oeste in the perception of its collaborators. To reach the objective, an exploratory research was carried out, with 52 employees of a manufacturing company in the administration and industry. The methodology used was characterized as a case study, through a quantitative approach. The results show that the factors that most influence satisfaction in a good organizational climate are: work itself, relationships with colleagues and the company environment. The factors that contribute to the company's dissatisfaction are: lack of recognition, compensation and little training. It is concluded that the research of organizational climate must be applied by the organizations, because it brings innumerable benefits to the organization and the collaborators.
