Resumo: |
In an automotive industry, one of the steps to assemble a component is accomplished by placing a screw with two washers. As this process is entirely done by an operator, a project was developed to partially automate this process in order to bring greater quality assurance to the final product, reducing the rework. The Pahl & Beitz methodology was used to develop a subfunctional unfolding, in which various combinations of solutions to the problem were determined to design an equipment. One of the combinations was explored, with the selection of components that satisfied each subfunction of the split, development of a logic of operation and a bench test where it was possible to evaluate the movement of the system through electropneumatic actuators and programming of a PLC. At the end of the project it was concluded that the solution works, leaving the investment to the application in the production line at the company's discretion, in addition to exploring other possible solution combinations. |
