The present study presents as a theme the importance of control in the decision making process of the organization. The problematic of this study is given by the fact that the role of control is not adequately clear in general within the organizations. In this context, the study in question will analyze how the controllership can contribute in the decision making process, as well as demonstrate its benefits in the organization. In order to do so, the aim was to demonstrate the role and objective of the control in the organizations, as well as the functions and responsibilities of the professional of the area and to verify the information used by the managers to make decisions. Such questions were answered through research in books, articles and research on the internet. Finally, the results obtained were from previous studies, focused on the same theme, and compared with the theory. |
