Resumo: This work had as its theme a bibliographic survey on the use of playful methodologies in teaching and also a report of practical experiences developed with students. With the advancement of Science, much information reaches us in a short time. Thereafter, the need for new teaching strategies arises, with scientific literacy essential in the teaching and learning process. Therefore, new educational practices are essential in order to overcome the obstacles that every day afflict the classrooms. Science teaching has a greater meaning than defining terms and concepts, so it is essential to have the knowledge and recognition of human values linking them to learning, making it accessible to understanding the world, seeking to promote changes, with knowledge in the scientific area and technological. It is up to the teachers to instill curiosity in scientific research, always respecting the knowledge brought by the students. Using new strategies and methodologies, through bibliographic research on the introduction of playfulness and sharing a little of the author's knowledge as a teacher, it was possible to present new concepts an account of activities experienced in the classroom. It is necessary to use the Playful, not only in Early Childhood Education, but in all spheres of Education. As an important tool in the transmission of knowledge.
