Regarding personal burnout 17% of the sample had high levels; In the work-related dimension, 21.4% showed high levels of burnout and in relation to the patient-related dimension, 10.6% had a high level. Regarding Professional Quality of Life, the dimension with the highest score was intrinsic motivation with 6.49 out of 10, followed by Quality of Life at Work (6.5), with the other dimensions Organizational Support and Workload. with a score of 6.28 and 5.38 respectively. By analyzing the correlation between the variables Burnout Syndrome and Professional Quality of Life, the results showed low correlation indices, that is, the Burnout constructs showed a significant positive positive correlation with each other, however when correlated these constructs with the dimensions of the QVP. , the results were mostly significant positive low correlation.
