Resumo: This work aimed to analyze the satisfaction of members of a credit union. A questionnaire was applied to 50 members of the cooperative located in southwest Paraná. The research has a qualitative and quantitative nature, through these results some flaws in the services were identified, and opportunities for improvement were defined. In general, the results indicate that there is a good level of satisfaction of members in most services, and a great relationship, which justifies their association in the cooperative. The service time at the cashier and parking, which shows the dissatisfaction of the associates, the other evaluated services demonstrate satisfaction, need improvement in these factors, such as having more employees at the cashier on busy days, and investing in a parking space for the associates.
