Agriculture has a significant impact on the composition of the Brazilian economy. In this respect cooperatives have been helping producers in the production, mechanization and updating of services. The purpose of this work was to analyze an investment project (IP) of a cooperative of Parana, which deals with the implementation of a new grain receiving and storage unit. Data analysis was performed with SAVEPI, an online tool developed by teachers to help the classroom teaching-learning process. It is a cash flow and through MMIA (Extended Multi-Index Methodology) considers simulations in deterministic and stochastic approaches. Stochastic analysis was performed using triangular cash flow where three situations are considered: pessimistic, probable and optimistic. Cash flows were obtained using the growth forecast, informed by the cooperative of 20% per year. The results indicate the success of the implementation by obtaining an NPV of R$ 102,367,853.40, ROI of 51.27% and Payback in the first period, among other indices at considerable and advisable levels when it comes to an investment of this magnitude. |
