In this respect cooperatives have been helping producers in the production, mechanization and updating of services. The purpose of this work was to analyze an investment project (IP) of a cooperative of Parana, which deals with the implementation of a new grain receiving and storage unit. Data analysis was performed with SAVEPI, an online tool developed by teachers to help the classroom teaching-learning process. It is a cash flow and through MMIA (Extended Multi-Index Methodology) considers simulations in deterministic and stochastic approaches. Stochastic analysis was performed using triangular cash flow where three situations are considered: pessimistic, probable and optimistic. Cash flows were obtained using the growth forecast, informed by the cooperative of 20% per year. The results indicate the success of the implementation by obtaining an NPV of R$ 102,367,853.40, ROI of 51.27% and Payback in the first period, among other indices at considerable and advisable levels when it comes to an investment of this magnitude. A agricultura tem bastante impacto na composição da economia brasileira. Neste aspecto as cooperativas têm ajudado os produtores na produção, mecanização e atualização dos serviços. O propósito deste trabalho foi analisar um projeto de investimento (PI) de uma cooperativa paranaense, que trata da implantação de uma nova unidade de recebimento e armazenagem de grãos. A análise dos dados foi feita com a SAVEPI, uma ferramenta online desenvolvida por professores com o intuito de ser um auxílio no processo de ensino-aprendizagem em sala de aula. Esta compõe um fluxo de caixa e através da MMIA (Metodologia Multi-índice Ampliada) considera simulações em abordagens determinística e estocástica. A análise estocástica foi feita utilizando o fluxo de caixa triangular onde considera-se três situações: pessimista, provável e otimista. Os fluxos de caixa foram obtidos usando a projeção de crescimento, informado pela cooperativa de 20% ao ano.
