This work focused on exposing DISC behavioral profile methodology, created by Marston in 1928 according to his book Emotions of People, and its applicability in companies to obtain better results through the selection process and in the development of people. The work has as general objective to show how the use of this methodology applying in a practical case in a law firm in the employees hired by the CLT regime, where it points out the positive results in a selective process with the identification of the appropriate profile and how the DISC methodology can contribute in developing skills with analysis and considerations. For a better foundation of the study, the theoretical foundation was developed, writing about people management, skills management and DISC and its subcategories. In the research methodology, bibliographic and survey methods were used, which allowed the achievement of the objectives proposed for the work. The final results were satisfactory, considering that it was evident that the behavioral profile test is a tool to be used in a selection process and therefore can also help in the development of skills. And finally, the final considerations and with direction to other ways of using the behavioral profile test. |
