Resumo: Social transformations have reflected directly in organizations and in the work environment. In order to keep up with these changes, the organizations rely on management as the objective of this case study of personnel, which rescues, creates and implements innumerable strategies for good organizational performance. Amidst all the changes are the employees, who seek each day to develop and grow personally, seeking as a result of their work to meet their needs and thus achieve quality of life. Based on this context, the present study aims to identify the level of quality of life of employees of the company, according to their vision. Through the present work it is intended to contribute to the understanding of the organizations of the necessary points of improvement so we can effectively provide the quality of life to the participants, and with the perception of the collaborator of the points to be improved, to be able to present alternatives that cooperate to the organization. The present study is a quantitative, bibliographic and documentary study, which is carried out through an interview based on the WHOQOL-BREF model, composed of 26 standard questions that seek to determine the quality of life of employees. It can be verified that among the points to be improved according to the collaborators are the physical environment. Opportunity for recreation and leisure, opportunity to acquire new information, financial resources, sleep and rest and finally pain and discomfort.
