Resumo: Current organizations, whether small, medium or large, have in their teams the basis for structuring the work of any of these. Being the teams the main element for the success or failure of the organization, they started to invest in the area of people management, which has been developed through a review of opinions about quality of life at work, operability, legality, manager, techniques and values and quality of life management authority at work. By virtue of this, human resources are no longer a simple person in charge of recruiting personnel, to a determining point of the organization, and should seek to awaken the importance of each one to the organization, demonstrating to them the talent they have and their importance to represent for the organization they work for. In other words, people management now has a fundamental role to plan, organize, direct and control all employees in the functions developed, because it is understood that human capital is the factor of innovation within a successful organization. It is necessary for organizations to seek out their talents in their teams, to enable them to develop and grow their talents, and to work in a way that offers them benefits that make them stay within organizations. In this research, the theme is focused precisely on the retention of talents, since this theme conceives in much the procedure of growth, expansion and modernization of the organization and its organizational climate. It is sought through this study to demonstrate the importance and influence of retention of talent currently for the expansion and development of organizations. In this way retaining talent is the articulation of people and actions seeking to achieve the sum of efforts adding the efficiency and effectiveness of the work, believing in the potential of the human being, will be highlighting the professional point of view being this the great differential currently in competitiveness business.
