Resumo: This bibliographic study aims to analyze the use of technology in the classroom, as well as the paths of interaction between the process of insertion of new technologies in the educational environment and their relationships in the teaching and learning process. It seeks to emphasize the importance of the use of new technologies and also the way the teacher works in this new perspective, in addition to the role of the family in this process and the student as the protagonist of this teaching and learning process. Nowadays, the insertion in a technological environment becomes almost automatic due to the frequent interaction with everything we use or attend. In the educational environment, it occurs in the same way, so the importance of being more and more willing to enter this environment is so important for the teaching and learning process. As a result of the research, it is clear that the use of technologies in the educational process as a whole results in an improvement in teaching, making it more effective, dynamic and mainly more attractive to students who were born immersed in this technological world. It is also noted that these new technologies contribute to the insertion of people who were previously unable to participate in this process and now see the opportunity to interact in some way, even at a distance, with educational means. Kenski (2007), Fagundes (2007), Levy (2011) were the main authors who supported the research.
