Samples of utterances issued by Yoda will be analyzed and the work will seek to establish patterns in their utterances, trying to understand the logic of their inversions. As a theoretical basis for the analysis, the concepts of Principles and Parameters (KENEDY, 2013), Linear Order and Hierarchical Order (CHOMSKY; GALLEGO, 2020), Merge (CHOMSKY; GALLEGO, 2020) and Topicalization (Carvalho, 2014) will be used. Este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar as construções frasais do personagem Mestre Yoda, da saga Star Wars, visto que no Português brasileiro, a ordem canônica dos constituintes na oração é: sujeito, verbo e objeto (SVO), porém o personagem nem sempre segue o padrão comum do Português do Brasil devido ao fato de ser um falante fictício que utiliza a gramática de sua língua, mas com o vocabulário da língua simulada. Serão analisadas amostras de enunciados emitidos pelo Yoda e o trabalho buscará estabelecer padrões nas suas enunciações, tentando compreender a lógica de suas inversões.
