Resumo: Three-phase induction engine (MIT) are widely used in industrial sectors and their breaks cause losses on several factors, such as increased costs, losses in productivity. To this has been developing techniques and systems to predict incipient failures, in order to prevent such factors from occurring and that failure to reach a degree as to bring the machine to a possible break, this work aims to develop a fault monitoring system by vibrations of three-phase induction motor (MIT) applying the accelerometer tri-directional in order to translate the vibrations and microprocessa it to sent the control panel (PC) via a USB (Universal system Bus) the spectra shows the time domain and the frequency domain decomposed in in Matlab®, to detect faults and perform vibration analysis. At this final paper was developed a data system acquisition, applied on engine of 1cv, being tested in three situation where bearing suffer degradation on purpose to make analyses
