Resumo: Today’s competition within labor market is rising sharply. Therefore, the need to innovate and change are always present among business owners. This implies that traditional methodologies for running a project are losing space. Thus, it can be said that agile management methodologies adapt to problems more easily, with greater reliability, quality and lower cost. Thus, a survey seeks to analyze the proportions of improvements based on the chosen agile management methodology, carried out in an electromechanical assembly company in the pulp and paper sector. As a result, the work shows the description and analysis of the methodology, the Lean Six Sigma, an analysis of the possibilities for improvement and suggestions for improvement for the executing company.
