This research focuses on sustainability, social responsibility and encouraging circularity in a French fries factory and in the Castrolanda community. Thus, the research aims to develop a product in a school environment from the reuse of solid waste, promoting sustainability and environmental education. This study was carried out in a School Cooperative, which encourages and encourages cooperativism and its traditions, through the region's agro-industrial cooperative; therefore, a project for the reuse of packaging lost during the production process of the French fries unit of Castrolanda Cooperativa Agroindustrial located in the municipality of Castro-PR was elaborated; where the packaging of French fries and employee uniforms are reused, which are exchanged when they are damaged, worn, no longer useful, or, when the employee is dismissed from the company, they are discarded by this manufacturing unit, and used for making of ecobags, along with the wrappings lost in the process. Through the observation of the production process of the Castrolanda French fries factory, and the solid waste generated, it was noted the losses of packaging, and through research on ways to reduce this waste, several ideas were found related to development of sustainable products, then, came the purpose of reusing these packages. The methodology used in this work is Design Science Research, being applied from the point of view of its nature; qualitative, as to the problem; the method of evaluating artifacts is descriptive. As for the population and sample, it was carried out with elementary school students II. As a result, it was verified that the products developed in the school cooperative are used as a learning object, and generate profit for the child cooperative, thus concentrating on the essence of circular business models. Este trabalho versa sobre o reuso de resíduos sólidos industriais, estimulando aprendizagem numa cooperativa escolar. Essa pesquisa tem como foco a sustentabilidade, a responsabilidade social e o estímulo da circularidade numa unidade fabril de batatas fritas e na comunidade de Castrolanda. Assim, a pesquisa tem como objetivo geral, desenvolver um produto em ambiente escolar a partir da reutilização de resíduos sólidos promovendo a sustentabilidade e educação ambiental. Esse estudo foi executado em uma Cooperativa Escolar, onde há incentivo e estímulo ao cooperativismo e suas tradições, através da cooperativa agroindustrial da região; por conseguinte, foi elaborado um projeto de reuso de embalagens perdidas durante o processo produtivo da Unidade de batatas fritas da Castrolanda Cooperativa Agroindustrial localizada no munícipio de Castro-PR; onde são reaproveitadas as embalagens das batatas fritas e dos uniformes dos colaboradores que são trocados quando se encontram danificados, gastos, não servem mais, ou, quando o colaborador é desligado da empresa, estes são descartados por esta unidade fabril, e servem para a confecção de ecobags, junto com os invólucros perdidos no processo. Através da observação do processo produtivo da unidade fabril de batatas fritas da Castrolanda, e do resíduo sólido gerado, notou-se, as perdas de embalagens, e por meio de pesquisas, sobre formas de redução desses resíduos, achou-se várias ideias ligadas a desenvolvimento de produtos sustentáveis, então, surgiu o propósito do reuso dessas embalagens. A metodologia usada nesse trabalho é Design Science Research, sendo aplicada, do ponto de vista de sua natureza; qualitativa, quanto ao problema; o método de avaliação dos artefatos é descritivo. Quanto à população e amostra, foi realizada com os alunos do ensino fundamental II.
