Industry 4.0 and its technologies have been transforming the way organizations operate in their production chains, fostering the digitalization era, revolutionizing interpersonal relationships and ways of teaching and learning. As the educational sector is one of those responsible for developing new skills and competences to provide knowledge, this work aims to present a proposal for improving the Teaching Laboratory 4.0 of UTFPRPG in a Learning Factory 4.0 model. For this, a systematic review was carried out using the PRISMA methodology with the support of Mendeley and VosWier software, to identify the main characteristics, supporting components and Learning Factory 4.0 teaching models, present in a teaching environment focused on Industry 4.0. Based on this portfolio, it was possible to identify that methodological and technological elements are essential to improve UTFPRPG's Industry 4.0 oriented teaching laboratories in a Learning Factory 4.0 model. As a proposal for methodological improvement, this work suggests the insertion of specific theoretical knowledge of CPS and Artificial Intelligence, and in the technological sphere, investments in technologies that involve the pillars of Industry 4.0, since the projects developed by the Industry 4.0 and EDP disciplines use the Living Lab and Industry 4.0 laboratories that have digitally interconnected equipment. |
