Advertising has been an essential tool for highlighting and permanence of a company in today's market, companies are increasingly investing in gifts, packaging, signage and related aiming to win the competition and win the customer. Thus, there is an increasing development in the visual communication field. In the Brazilian scenario, we can see the difficulty of small business owners in buy packaging to provide or promote their products, so it turns out the importance of creating an affordable machine for this market. With this, the theme idea of this work arises, develop a thermoforming machine that takes up little space, is quiet and has low cost. The thermoforming process consists in shaping plastic sheets, where the sheet is heated to soften it in a mold and air is sucked through the mold and the plate so that the material acquires the contours of the part. |
