In front of the large-scale competition between the companies, mainly caused by globalization and the advancement of technologies, the organizations seek to find the best strategies to have competitive advantage. One of the relevant factors to achieve the objectives is the People Management for monitoring the performance and trends in the performance of employees. Currently, there are tools and techniques that seek to optimize and measure day-to-day tasks, such as the gamification tool, which makes it possible to assist managers in the process of measuring results, in addition to generating engagement and motivation for the team. In this regard, the objective of this work was to analyze the application of the gamification tool in branches of a freight forwarding company, evidencing its efficiency in the management of performance indicators and team engagement. As for the method, it was a Case Study, as it describes, in an analytical way, the development of the application of gamification. From the results obtained, it was observed that gamification made monitoring the performance of employees more dynamic and visual. From the managers' perception, it was perceived as satisfactory, noting 67%, while 72% of the employees, demonstrating that gamification can be a tool capable of helping both in the management of indicators, as well as in the engagement and motivation of teams. |
