Humanity has always sought more and more to make the work environment easier and optimized. Operational processes exist in large quantities in companies, where many of them are monotonous and impact in several areas. One of the sectors most impacted by these types of processes is the administrative sector of companies, technological evolution is constant and different technologies increasingly seek to positively impact operational activities. Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is one of these technologies, and can be used in the construction of an alternative solution for a large number of repetitive tasks that are performed manually, since in the sectors of companies there is still a large number of these tasks. This work presents the development of an automated alternative solution for the hiring and enhancement of card and overdraft products in a Credit Union using the RPA. Main aspects of the development were presented, as well as an analysis of the results obtained with the use of automation in a predetermined period of time, thus measuring the success and feasibility of using it, with qualitative and quantitative analyzes. Time savings were measured with the use of the solution according to each automated process, resulting in considerable time, allowing teams to dedicate and pay attention to more significant tasks, as well as other benefits with the implementation of automation, and demonstrating points that RPA can be an effective and viable choice for the solution of this type of operational activity, bringing benefits in general with the use of it. |
