One of the main factors responsible for environmental impacts is the construction and operations of buildings, and from this, the objective of this work is shaped: to adapt the popular housing project Casa Fácil with effective bioclimatic strategies to improve the level of residential comfort of people from low income in the city of Marechal Cândido Rondon. To carry out this study, a case study of the Casa Fácil project was carried out, in which bioclimatic strategies favorable to the local climate were defined using the ProjetEEE, Analysis Bio, Analysis ABC, ZBBR and Climate Consultant tools; the performance of the original project was evaluated based on the prescriptive method of NBR 15575, 15220 and other regulations, methodologies and existing software; improvements were proposed for the original project based on the results obtained, and the popular housing project Casa Fácil was remodeled with the application of strategies in the Revit program. As a result, the thermal performance of the external seals were in accordance with the evaluated criteria, but the cover needs adjustment in thermal transmittance and solar factor. As for the shading of openings, all windows are at odds with the criterion, making it necessary to use shading devices to block the entry of sun in summer. With regard to ventilation, all openings did not comply with the opening area recommended by the regulations, making it necessary to expand the useful area. Finally, the only environments with an adequate air renewal rate are the living room and kitchen, generating the need to use ventilation devices to increase air exchange. From this result, it is observed that the Casa Fácil project has irregularities in relation to the performance and comfort criteria, and must be adapted so that users have a better quality of life. A medida em que se estuda as ações do ser humano e as consequências que elas vêm causando no meio ambiente, observa-se cada vez mais a urgência de fomentar uma mudança estrutural. Uma das maiores responsáveis pelos impactos ambientais são as construções e operações de edifícios, e a partir disso, molda-se o objetivo deste trabalho: adaptar o projeto de residência popular Casa Fácil com estratégias bioclimáticas eficazes para melhorar o nível de conforto residencial das pessoas de baixa renda na cidade de Marechal Cândido Rondon. Para realizar este estudo, foi realizado um estudo de caso do projeto Casa Fácil, no qual foram definidas estratégias bioclimáticas favoráveis ao clima local por meio das ferramentas ProjetEEE, Analysis Bio, Analysis ABC, ZBBR e Climate Consultant; o desempenho do projeto original foi avaliado a partir do método prescritivo da NBR 15575, 15220 e demais normativas, metodologias e softwares existentes; foram propostas melhorias para o projeto original com base nos resultados obtidos, e o projeto de residência popular Casa Fácil foi remodelado com a aplicação das estratégias no programa Revit. Como resultados, o desempenho térmico das vedações externas estavam de acordo com os critérios avaliados, porém a cobertura necessita de ajuste na transmitância térmica e fator solar. Quanto ao sombreamento de aberturas, todas as janelas estão em desacordo com o critério, se fazendo necessário a utilização de artifícios de sombreamento para bloquear a entrada de sol no verão. Em relação à ventilação, todas as aberturas apresentaram total desconformidade com a área de abertura recomendada pela normativa, sendo necessário ampliar a área útil. Por fim, os únicos ambientes com taxa de renovação de ar adequada é a sala de estar e cozinha, gerando a necessidade de utilizar artifícios de ventilação para aumentar as trocas de ar.
