Resumo: This study consists of proposing indicators for performance analysis in a company focused on providing outsourced industrial services, located in the city of Ponta Grossa / PR, one which had practically no indicator aid for existing activities in process management. For this, a bibliographic review was carried out covering articles and publications focused on performance indicators administered to companies, outsourced companies (preferably in the industrial sector), management models based on indicators and performance analysis according to data obtained in the different stages in the productive process of companies, which criteria with the characteristics and objectives of the studied company, contribute to the creation of a useful and functional model for the development of performance indicators. With this, a screening was carried out to define which indicators should be prioritized when they are implemented on the company's day, starting with the classification of these indicators according to various pre-established performance factors, starting with a second classification depending on the level of use and functionality thereof. In this way, the work can list and define basic procedures for the application and use of these indicators in the company's activities. The results sought are satisfactory, as all objectives have been achieved and the company can, therefore, develop and apply a determined system according to the existing priority demands.
