Resumo: As of the 90’s, the civil construction sector started to be more concerned with the quality of its products and processes, and there was an increase in competitiveness between organizations. In this way, the quality of companies came to be considered a strategic and differential factor. However, with a large increase in certified companies, it became necessary, in addition to verifying the implementation of quality management systems, to also verify their maturity. The main objective of this study was to develop a hybrid model for analyzing the maturity of quality management systems, which consists of a model created from the fusion of other maturity models found in the bibliography. The hybrid model was applied in a company in the civil construction sector, with the participation of five managers in strategic positions within the company. From the responses obtained, a level was assigned to the maturity of the organization’s QMS and it was possible to observe the different perceptions of quality between the company’s hierarchical levels. In addition, an evaluation form of the developed model was applied, with questions related to the ease of understanding, application time and approach to the issues of the hybrid model.
