The study aims to develop and apply an educational product, which is, a professor training course that discusses the work and education relations brought to the field of Professional and Technological Education (PTE).Since, considering the changes in the world of work and the role of the State, inserted are the education workers in a process of construction, reconstruction and reflections on professor training and human training and the confrontations for education and society projects. Thereunto, the case study, from the historical materialist conception of human and social reality,
has as research techniques the use of interviews and questionnaires and the Content Analysis of Bardin (2011) for data analysis and discussion. The theoretical course is based on a historical contextualization of Professional and Technological Education that walks with the trajectory of Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná, because it is in this context that education will be treated in its relation with work. In the same way, the historical course of the professor training for Professional and Technological Education will be built up to the current scenario. The theoretical study and the field research carried out supported the development of the professor training proposal that, while seeks to approach and problematize labor and education relations, proposes to contribute to a humanizing and emancipatory formation, giving historical subjects an active role of action in the social, political and economic dimensions. The research results converge to the challenges assumed by the proposal that do not end with the application of the educational product, taking into account the great field of studies and disputes of Professional and Technological Education. The professor training for PTE brings its relevance in observing the specificities on the formation area of those who work in it and who compose the totality, since it is involved in social and productive relations. In this sense, such understanding finds echo in the perceptions brought by the interviewees when they ask about who is the one that forms and refer to a claimed need for professor training to be given continuously as it develops within the institutions and involves the participants in its construction. It is considered, therefore, the professor training proposal developed in this research, an effective alternative to contribute to the approximation of discussions about professional and technological education for those who work and graduate in it. |
