This study aims to propose and to apply a model for assessing the maturity level of Corporate Social Responsibility. For this, a Systematic Literature Review (RBS) process was developed, forming a portfolio of 45 papers, base for the model development. From this portfolio, six guidelines for analysis of social responsibility: Human Rights, Labor Practices, Society, Fair Operating Practices, Environment and Consumer Issues, which unfolded in 26 prospects and 70 indicators that were used as a basis for the construction of a questionnaire. The model has five diferente levels of maturity where companies can be classified. The model is applied to a company in the chemical industrial sector, to define its maturity level. The company presented an intermediate maturity level called Acceptable according to the proposed model. In an objective and easy to interpret manner, the results of the degrees of maturity are presented for the perspectives and guidelines, next, an evaluation of the organization´s maturity in relation to Corporate Social Responsibility is carried out. |
