The objective of this research was to propose a model of Entrepreneurship teaching, for the development of the convict's professional competencies. It was found that three aspects of learning are necessary: the first is learning to know, which involves education, teaching and learning, within the perspective of vocational education; Andragogy and Meaningful Learning; and Entrepreneurial Learning. The second is learning to do, which brings the development of educational, professional and entrepreneurial skills. The third is learning to be and to live, directly linked to the convict, in this specific research, permeates the individual, the prison environment, labor therapy, the school environment, and professional training. The methodological approach was classified into applied, qualitative research, and an intervention by Action Research. The didactic product developed was a Vocational Education Program focused on the Entrepreneurship Spiral - PEP with EnSp, which provided the development of professional skills of the participants. Within the researched and experienced context, the results reached the research expectation, since it was possible to prove the development of professional skills, as well as the product (PEP with EnSp) was used in its entirety, demonstrating feasibility of the developed business. It was concluded that it was possible to bring a fraction of the knowledge of the Management science to the group of convicted participating in the present research. It was via this teaching of Entrepreneurship that it was sought to revive the condition of 'person' to the inmates, because the researcher has for herself that Entrepreneurship is not a knowledge that only serves to open and keep a company alive, but that it is something that extends the person’s life, that makes them rethink as they are, that makes them rethink being as a person, that includes them into life in society, in the community, in the circle of friends, as a citizen. With this research it can be concluded that professional and entrepreneurial education, for the effectiveness of the convict's skills, is a reality that can be seized, providing changes in people's lives by education and teaching. |
