It was found that three aspects of learning are necessary: the first is learning to know, which involves education, teaching and learning, within the perspective of vocational education; Andragogy and Meaningful Learning; and Entrepreneurial Learning. The second is learning to do, which brings the development of educational, professional and entrepreneurial skills. The third is learning to be and to live, directly linked to the convict, in this specific research, permeates the individual, the prison environment, labor therapy, the school environment, and professional training. The methodological approach was classified into applied, qualitative research, and an intervention by Action Research. The didactic product developed was a Vocational Education Program focused on the Entrepreneurship Spiral - PEP with EnSp, which provided the development of professional skills of the participants. Within the researched and experienced context, the results reached the research expectation, since it was possible to prove the development of professional skills, as well as the product (PEP with EnSp) was used in its entirety, demonstrating feasibility of the developed business. It was concluded that it was possible to bring a fraction of the knowledge of the Management science to the group of convicted participating in the present research. It was via this teaching of Entrepreneurship that it was sought to revive the condition of 'person' to the inmates, because the researcher has for herself that Entrepreneurship is not a knowledge that only serves to open and keep a company alive, but that it is something that extends the person’s life, that makes them rethink as they are, that makes them rethink being as a person, that includes them into life in society, in the community, in the circle of friends, as a citizen. With this research it can be concluded that professional and entrepreneurial education, for the effectiveness of the convict's skills, is a reality that can be seized, providing changes in people's lives by education and teaching. Objetivou-se, nesta pesquisa, propor um modelo diferenciado do ensino de Empreendedorismo para o desenvolvimento das competências profissionais do apenado. Verificou-se que são necessárias três vertentes de aprendizagem: a primeira, o aprender a conhecer, que envolve educação, ensino e aprendizagem, dentro da perspectiva da educação profissional, da Andragogia e Aprendizagem Significativa, e da Aprendizagem Empreendedora. A segunda, o aprender a fazer, que traz o desenvolvimento de competências educacionais, profissionais e empreendedoras. E, a terceira, o aprender a ser e a conviver, diretamente ligados ao apenado. Nesta pesquisa, em específico, permeia o indivíduo, o ambiente prisional, a laborterapia, o ambiente escolar e a capacitação profissional. No delineamento metodológico, a presente pesquisa classificou-se como aplicada, qualitativa e de intervenção por meio da Pesquisa-ação. O produto didático desenvolvido tratou-se de um Programa de Educação Profissional com foco na Espiral do Empreendimento - PEP com EsEm, que proporcionou o desenvolvimento de competências profissionais aos apenados participantes. Dentro do contexto pesquisado e experimentado, os resultados obtidos atingiram a expectativa da pesquisa, uma vez que foi possível comprovar o desenvolvimento das competências profissionais, bem como o produto foi aplicado em sua totalidade, demonstrando haver viabilidade nos negócios desenvolvidos. Salienta-se que foi possível levar uma fração do conhecimento da ciência da Administração para o grupo de apenados partícipes da presente pesquisa. Deve-se pontuar que foi por meio desse ensino de Empreendedorismo que se buscou reavivar a condição de ‘pessoa’ aos apenados, pois a pesquisadora tem para si que o Empreendedorismo não é um conhecimento que serve somente para abrir e manter uma empresa viva, mas que ele é algo que amplia a vida da pessoa, que a faz repensar como ela é, como pessoa inserida na vida em sociedade, na comunidade, na roda de amigos, de cidadão.
