Resumo: This work presents the synthesis of stabilizing state-feedback gains for linear systems subject to time-varying parameters, such as saturation and states quantization. A relationship between the linear system and the time varying parameters will be given by an affine function. From this, conditions will be modeled using Linear Matrix Inequalities (or LMIs) dependent on Homogeneous Polynomial Functions (or HPLF), represented by the Square Matrix Representation (SMR or Gram Matrix) method.
