Resumo: The contemporary society experiences a reversal of values, especially those that are linked to the economic sector, with levels which are high in consumption and disposal. Considering this situation, the concept of the creative economy is developing, acting in the opposite direction to this order of capitalism. Therefore, this paper seeks to study this unorthodox branch of the economy, aimed at cultural, social and economic value by addressing its history, industries and concept and then applying it to a fashion brand with the capsule collection. In addition, it is intended to uplift the society look at the craft, which, as well as fashion design, is also a component of the creative economy sector, showing their values and bringing their definitions. And finally, apply qualitative content with the target audience of the brand, combining the best way of the two sectors of the creative economy, showing the exponent and innovative results in the clothing sector.
