Resumo: The objective of this work is to develop a low cost electrochemical sensor from phenolite, glass fiber and conductive polymers, being an electronic tongue type for the detection of aflatoxin. The method used is based on deposition of layers on the substrate by self-loading forming bi-layers. For the development of these sensors were carried out initial analyzes on glass substrates with different compositions of films in order to obtain the best for use in the sensors that compose the electronic language. Six phenolite sensors and three glass fiber sensors were used, which were first used in the fusaric acid toxin to construct a calibration curve and, later, in the aflatoxin to analyze the percentage of the same.
