This work has as main objective to monitor and evaluate the implementation of the Brazilian Program of Quality and Productivity at Habitat (PBQP-H) in a construction company, and describes the philosophy of the program, the company's situation before his deployment, describe the process of even in their steps and sequences, and identify the results obtained after implementing it, to see if they are compatible with the desired
organizational reality. This study is classified as basic research, whose function is to produce new knowledge; qualitative, for analysis of existing data does not rely on
statistical techniques, and exploratory, since it does not aim to verify theories, but
provide greater familiarity with the problem. So this is through a literature review, and
data analysis, which seeks to demonstrate the steps of PBQP-H and its need for implementation as well as the benefits for the company. Therefore, it was necessary
theoretical basis, through a literature related to the topic and suggests. Os data were treated in a descriptive and interpretative being analyzed and identified the objectives that motivated the deployment PBQP-H. Was presented the organizational reality as the basic requirements of quality before deployment of the program, then the presentation of steps designed to implement the same, a description of the company and the requirements of quality after the implementation of the program, and finally was held An analysis of the results. |
