Resumo: This monography has as the main focus the creation of a elevator model through the software Soliworks for the project “Road Trail” by the students Caio Carmezini and Sérgio Endo. The development of this Project has begun in the second half of 2015, and it was finished in May, 2016. For gathering data, it was considered the weelchair users necessities identified from an analysis made in the city of Londrina, state of Paraná, as well as the rights placed on the Law number 7.853, since 24.10.1989 and normalized by the ABNT NBR 15646. First of all, in order to assure the efficiency and function of the lifting platforms, it was created a check list reaching the main difficulties faced by people with disabilities or reduced mobility in the public transportation system of Londrina. Besides being a base for the modeling, the intention of this survey was to identify the differences between what says the NBR 15646 and what the agencies and companies impose to people. With that, it was found that Londrina does not have a completely inclusive system of public transportation. In the end, it was modeled a lifting platforms which truly assures to the whole society one of their first rights, the right to go anywhere by themselves. This platform is completely aligned to the “Road Trail”, and, furthermore, it can also be adapted to other vehicles specific features.
