This work presents a consultancy carried out in the area of processes of the company Alpha, located in Curitiba, in order to assist in the internal organization of the company with a view to supporting its expansion. For the consultancy, it was decided to use SWOT analysis and Matrix GUT tools as methods of organizational diagnosis, which acted in a complementary way to the semi structured interview conducted with the employees and management. After the analysis, it was concluded that the processes with priority of action are those that involve the flow of operational tasks and the after-sales. In this way, it was done the mapping of the current processes and presented alternatives for improvement of these processes with the aid of the tool 5W1H, through four lines of action: formal division of teams, application of a task management tool called Scrum, adoption of software to assist the new management and the adoption of a spreadsheet for after-sales and employee training. After the identification, mapping and suggestion of process improvements, the following stages of the consultancy were presented, which involve the implementation and monitoring of performance. Finally, it is exposed the perception of the manager and the employees of the Alpha company with respect to the consultancy carried out and their suggestions. |
