Resumo: This project's main objective is to design a cabinet for storing toys, focusing on stimulating cognitive and psychological development of children 4-6 years. With the theoretical research on child development and their relationships in ways of learning and how the interactions occur with the world, along with ergonomic studies, studies of color, shape and materials, we obtained qualitative data, together with research with the user and market for the elaboration of a concept or design requirements, which describes what features, such as formal shape, colors and features that the final product should have, the best way to achieve the central objective of the project. The more theoretical research shows that for the new product can indeed stimulate cognitive development and psychological to your audience, you should create a factor of playful interaction with the child, causing her to feel motivated to use and exercising the various points that the final product can, from its features, make the child work, such as: organization of toys; spatial notion, handling and transportation of the product, fittings and assemblies; visual aspects, playfulness, and Finally playing, it's what makes the child and try to motivate them to practice the act of storing toys, and without the direct intervention of the adult, since the product is designed to use only the child. At the end of the work with the concept and technical drawings completed, there is the opportunity of completing the product, with prototyping and task analysis product with children in order to determine strengths and weaknesses, then wounded a final version product that will guarantee a positive result complete with respect to the objectives initially proposed.
