Resumo: |
This thesis aims to instigate the Ensino Médio (Brazilian High School) student, through problem solving, the interest for spatial geometry. It makes the student to notice that this math segment goes beyond the classroom and it is not simply formula calculation. The evidence is presented in some daily problems, which involve spatial geometry concepts such as area and volume. This work is founded on qualitative research approach and guided by bibliography research. In order to approach such question some methodologies of problem solving are presented, research made by authors who advocate for how geometry teaching should happen; and some questions extracted from math books and from the ENEM (National High School Examination) about volume and surface calculation guided in real situations. |
