Facebook is the leading social network site in audience in Brasil, being a channel of great importance for marketing strategies for brands and businesses. Comunication between people and brands mediated by that social media happens through interactions and is important to understand how individuals observe and make use of them regarding to contents of brand “Pages”. The main way of measure the performance of brands on Facebook happens through reports. This work aims to analyze user behavior and indicate a practical application in marketing strategies for brands on Facebook Pages by suggesting improvements in reports development. As a result, the study was applied in developing a Facebook report for the brand Magnetron. |
