Resumo: This project aims to develop a prototype to test the main functionalities of a mobile device able to traverse a specific path within a tennis court, automatically performing the operation of cleaning the court surface. The device must be able to position itself automatically throughout the transaction except during the initial placement. For that purpose is used a PIC microcontroller family, Optocoupler sensors and DC motors to enable displacement. The process of integration and testing was the development of a metallic structure as a base and mechanisms responsible for the features of the device. The testing process has completed the mechanical efficiency of the system as well as the integration of drive components and control, whose performance can be improved through a study and implementation of a closed loop system to control the motors speed.
