This "work" has a proposal to identify improvements in the process of recovery Alfa's company materials used in the installation of corporate clients focused in the are a of telecommunications. The current process has various control failures as well as a high number of unacomplished unistallions. As the materials are delivered in lending, they should be recovered. We analyzed the sectors of the company involved in the process, raised values uninstall versus install and maide the recommendation of quality indicators to improve the quality level of this process. One of the difficulties to analysis and proposals of this project was the lack of information about the current process, which is practically zero. For a future study, it should analyze what to do with recovered materials that are already obsolete. |
