The present study proposes to demonstrate how the torque control is performed in servomotors in order to assist in the development of a servo driven system. Literature review was collected on topics of interest to the development of the study. Mathematical modeling of permanent-magnet synchronous servomotor was demonstrated from the model of a conventional synchronous motor, in order to parameterize the system and support the simulation of servomotor in LabVIEW. Were obtained physical characteristics of the real servomotor for the equivalent simulation. Laboratory tests were performed with programming in Ladder, to assign the PID control of the servo controller, together with virtual instrumentation in LabVIEW, for assigning the operating parameters for the purpose to collect the results from different forms of control performed. These parameters were implemented in the simulation and comparisons were duly commented. Through the analysis and study of the servomotor to be used in the servo driven system, we could learn its characteristics, behavior and the limitations that it offers. |
