The methodological procedure adopted has as a characteristic a documentary investigation, in the perspective of an inventorizing work. To make these tasks possible, it was used as a procedure the mapping technique proposed by Fiorentini (2002). Initially, 77 papers were identified in the institutional repository and on the program page, also were used 11 dissertations were part of the research's scope. After the categorization process, we performed the summarization of the works and, in some cases, the texts were read completely. The researches were organized into three focus areas and six thematic sub focus, which presented the main contributions of the studies about Physics' teaching. The results indicated the relevance of the researches and educational products developed, but also pointed out the need of a greater diversification in the themes that involve educational technologies in the teaching of Physics. Este artigo apresenta um mapeamento das dissertações que relacionam o uso de tecnologias educacionais com o ensino de Física. Com base nesse interesse, o foco foi dado a pesquisas realizadas no Programa de mestrado profissional em Formação Científica, Educacional e Tecnológica (PPGFCET) da Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná (UTFPR), no período de 2013 a primeiro semestre de 2018. O procedimento metodológico adotado possui como característica uma investigação documental, na perspectiva de um trabalho inventariante. Para sua realização, utilizamos como procedimento a técnica de mapeamento proposta por Fiorentini (2002). Inicialmente foram identificados 77 trabalhos no repositório institucional e na página do programa, depois foram selecionadas 11 dissertações que atendiam aos interesses da pesquisa. Após o processo de categorização, realizamos o fichamento dos resumos dos trabalhos e, em alguns casos, os textos foram lidos integralmente. As pesquisas foram organizadas em três focos e seis subfocos temáticos, que apresentam as principais contribuições dos estudos para o ensino de Física. Os resultados indicam a relevância das pesquisas e dos produtos educacionais desenvolvidos, mas também apontam a necessidade de uma maior diversificação nas temáticas que envolvem tecnologias educacionais no ensino de Física.
