After the three-phase autoscopy, a practice that allows for individual reflection, developed in the course Supervised Practical Internship 2, the students elaborated reports for the case study with the objective of analyzing what teachers' knowledge was mobilized from the experience lived in this internship. The organization and interpretation of the data, was based on the Content Analysis, based on the theoretical references of Bardin (2011) and Moraes (1999). Thus, for the analysis of the reports, the categories were defined a priori from the classifications of Shulman (2004). The result of this research, showed that the supervised internship is an opportune moment for the students to reflect on their pedagogical actions, as well as to potentiate the mobilization of the necessary teacher knowledge for the professional performance. A presente pesquisa buscou investigar a mobilização dos saberes docentes dos licenciandos em química da Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná. Após a realização da autoscopia trifásica, uma prática que possibilita a reflexão individual, desenvolvida na disciplina Estágio Prático Supervisionado 2, os estudantes elaboraram relatos para o estudo de caso com o objetivo de analisar quais saberes docentes foram mobilizados a partir da experiência vivenciada nesse estágio. A organização e interpretação dos dados, fundamentou-se a partir da Análise de Conteúdo, baseada nos referenciais teóricos de Bardin (2011) e Moraes (1999). Desse modo, para análise dos relatos, as categorias foram definidas a priori a partir das classificações de Shulman (2004) para os saberes docentes. O resultado desta pesquisa, mostrou que o estágio supervisionado é um momento oportuno para os estudantes refletirem sobre suas ações pedagógicas, assim como potencializar a mobilização de saberes docentes necessários para a atuação profissional.
