This work deals with a case study of a food industry, with an emphasis on the production of biscuits. The bring that of wide energy on the 95% shakes of the cook of 95% they are the stage for baking. Thus, the first attempt to adapt the process of seeking the reduction of specific consumption (kg of lpg / ton of product) of liquefied petroleum gas (lpg). From this process, an evaluation of the process of evaluation of energy losses and the identification of opportunities of reutilization of heat of the process was determined, determining the reduction of lpg consumption. To do this, use a dmaic methodology in conjunction with a quality tools application. Diagnosing the opportunities for improvements, find alternatives that allow the saving of 24% of the process glp, being the same as a suggestion for the future implementation of the part of the industry. |
